I use one, and love it. My posture has improved and I have more energy at work. I keep a 2nd chair at my desk, but use the Exercise Ball as my primary chair. Works great. It does not give you enough support on your back and can give you all sorts of problems. I would read up more on ergonomics in the workplace and you'll see why there are chairs with arms, back support, etc. You are not meant to sit on a gym/swiss ball for hours at a time.
