		<description>Very good advice. I was in the process of getting all this in place when the worst time my hard drive could crash, crashed.

Last backup was 2 weeks ago. Not horrible, at least I have some of my data.</description>

		<description>Very good tips - always important to recall. I had my hard drive die on my MacBook a while  back. I&#039;d also add audio recording as a disk intensive process - I was toying around with GarageBand.

Also, Apple is finally making external harddrive backups easier with Time Machine, and hard drive prices are continuing to drop. I think buying an external drive and doing the time machine thing is a very smart investment.</description>
