Instead of a dictator we have an anonymous mob. I'd be honestly bummed if I found out my site got banned for good but then again I don't think much about the mob so I'm not going to be walking on egg shells on my own blog. You just can't give them that kind of power over you. We'll see how this plays out but at the end of the day if Digg starts to suck (and I think it is) we'll have a new player on the scene. sicc, I'm out and about right now so I'll get back to you tomorrow. When you have good content that rubs the mob wrong in some way they start burying because they know the content is good enough to reach the front page and lord knows they can't forgive that. I respect you for speaking your mind and wish some of the more notables would look at this situation and add to the dialogue but I know they wont for fear of losing traffic. I really enjoy your blog. Of course, it WAS so freakin’ long that I never expected it to be on Digg and get popular. I never wrote it with Digg in mind. I was amazed when it went popular. A lot of bloggers know that already, and try to avoid being on digg very often. The result, less interesting content on digg. If I wanted to read CNet or TechCrunch I'd just visit those sites...same applies for YouTube. I completely agree with Steve.
