		<description>Well, you wont regret learning those two.  TextMate has a lot of powerful text manipulaiton but you have to dig for it (although I wouldn&#039;t mind them licensing the SubEtha engine).  CSSEdit keeps getting awesome.

You can check out an unlimited version for 14 days.  If Coda works for you $79 is cheap but as &quot;just another web tool&quot;, no thanks.</description>

It seems CSSedit and Textmate are both far more evolved than Coda, but Coda has the SubEtha thing which may be useful for groups of developers.

And yes, it&#039;s too expensive. I&#039;ll wait for a few reviews.</description>
